Vaccine Study Scorecard
How do major vaccine trials actually measure up against standard scientific methodology? We grade each study against 9 RCT criteria — and show you the results.
"We don't tell you what to think. We show you the data."
🧪 What is a Proper Controlled Study?
A Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) is the gold standard for evaluating whether a medical treatment works. Every study below is graded against these 9 criteria. All ✅ marks = ideal methodology. Gaps don't automatically mean a vaccine doesn't work — but they do mean the evidence has limitations worth knowing about.

About this tool: My Sugar Pill reviews publicly available, peer-reviewed vaccine trials and evaluates study methodology — not safety or efficacy conclusions. A study meeting fewer criteria doesn't mean the vaccine is unsafe or ineffective; it means the evidence has methodological gaps that scientists and readers should be aware of.
