🩺 Why This Recipe Works for Your Conditions

🌿 Anti-Inflammatory

Tart cherries contain some of the highest concentrations of anthocyanins of any food. Clinical trials show they reduce markers of inflammation (CRP, IL-6) and can lower uric acid — relevant for gout, lupus, and autoimmune joint conditions.

🦠 Gut Health

Kefir provides live probiotic cultures and is generally better tolerated than yogurt. Prebiotic fiber from flaxseed feeds beneficial gut bacteria.
