  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (reduce or omit for hypertension)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. Pat chicken dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Coat chicken with herb-garlic mixture.
  5. Bake 22–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
