🛒 Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp rosemary, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (reduce or omit for hypertension)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Pat chicken dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken with herb-garlic mixture.
- Bake 22–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
