🛒 Ingredients
- 6 egg whites (or 3/4 cup liquid egg whites)
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 oz cream cheese (optional, for richness)

- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté bell peppers 3–4 minutes until slightly soft.
- Whisk egg whites with garlic powder and pepper.
- Pour egg whites over peppers. Let set slightly, then gently scramble.
